Abigail's head was threatening to pound itself right off of her shoulders as she keyed the lock open on the front door to her near to mansion home in Lilac Lane. A small sigh ran through her lips as she went straight for the refrigerator, grabbing out some of that medicine the newest nurse in the Hospital Wing had provided her, telling her the headaches will subside easier the more she takes it. Within minutes, her headache had depleted and her head had just become full of thoughts. Gosh, she had so much work to do. The bag she had deposited on the floor just inside of the doorway in her search for her medicine drink was absolutely full of papers. Applications for professors, staff, and of course nominations for Head Boy and Girl, Prefects. Head of House applications. Of course, it was always like this around this time of year, and she should be used to be it by now, she just really couldn't ever get used to it.
Abigail's stress level really wasn't helping her current situation either. She was in her eighth month of pregnancy, and before the newest term had even started, she would be a mother and her husband Seymour would be a father. It was still something they could not quite come up with words for, but something they were excited for all the same. She was excited for their little Keegan Hunter to pop into this world and say hello. Okay or cry his little lungs out, one or the other. Either way, they had his room done, heck they'd had it done since they new the gender. She'd had a baby shower, her parents and Seymour's parents had already adorned them with gifts and been by to see Abby many times, and finally she was just ready for him to get here.
Keegan seemed to be kicking inside of her as she made her way back over to the door, picking up her bag and carrying it upstairs to her and Seymour's shared home office. That was one thing they had readily agreed on when moving in. Even though they had space for two, they wanted to share the office so at least they would be spending some time together if they were stuck working long hours even at home. The poor things had to work their tails off and hardly had time for the other. Obviously they had enough time, or this little boy wouldn't be getting ready to pop in soon.
Abigail dropped the bag off in her office chair and immediately started filing a few of the papers away, marking down that the different professors had signed contracts, and was finally able to make her way downstairs to the kitchen in order to finish up the dirty dishes she'd left from this morning and make dinner for Seymour before he arrived. Of course, she was only planning on grilled chicken salad tonight, but it still had to be made.

Seymour made it home. There was his woman. Well he belonged to her. He let her be in control. She was controlling and he liked that. She was about to give birth to their so keegan soon. He couldn't wait to be a dad. He went over to her smiling and kissed her on the lips. It had been awhile since he did. "Hey Abs." He put his hand on her stomach and felt their son move around. That boy was about ready to come out probably really soon.

Abigail was feeling as though she was about to bust when Seymour walked into the room. As much as she was ready for their son to pop into the world and see them, she hated it being so much work to carry him for nine months. Of course, she hadn't exactly expected what happened to her next. Before it happened though, she reminded herself, as she did daily, of the spell that they had on their refrigerator. It was the spell for, the moment she was about to have her baby, it would just magic the baby right into the arms of her husband, no pain. Not a risk for the mother.
Abigail looked up at Seymour and kissed him softly before her water broke. She sort of gasped a little bit as he felt her stomach. "Seymour, get the spell."

Seymour smiled as she kissed him back. He felt some water on the floor . He looked down. He began to freak out. "Your water!" He ran and got the spell that was on the paper. "Now what do I do?" He ask frantically. He had no clue and no idea on what to do. He scratched his head. His nervousness was getting to him. He could tell they were both nervous as their son was about ready to come out.

"Uhm, just flick your wand in the direction of my stomach and say the spell that is there." Abigail instructed him, looking down, not exactly sure of what she should tell him to give him comfort. "And no pressure, sweetie, but if you mess up there is the risk of losing our son. So please, do it right for Keegan." She always had trust in Seymour, she'd never seen her companion mess up a single spell, but you never know when someone can screw up.

Seymour was so nervous and what she said didn't help. He even pissed his pants pretty good after the last thing she said. He took his wand and said the spell. Here came the baby. It was crying loudly. It ended up in Seymour's arms. He began rying too. "Here's our baby boy." He said looking down at him. The house elf took the baby really quick to clean him up. He came back moments later and gave the baby to Abs. "Abs... I am so proud of you." The house elf even cleaned Abs up.

"Thank you Seymour. Thanks." Abigail bid a thank you to the house elf before it ran off, she kissed Seymour as she looked down at their little baby in her arms. "Hi, Keegan. Hello baby boy." He had immediately gotten quiet when Seymour held him, but when the house elf too him he cried again. Then given back to Abigail, he was silent. He was such a good baby, she already knew. "Hello my little wizard." Abigail looked down at her baby boy. It woudl tear her heart up if her little Keegan Hunter ended up being non-magical when he was older. She didn't forsee that much, though.
