Personality/Biography:
Scout Adele Silverthorne arrived on this earth on April 23, 1996 in Liverpool. He was born to one of the wealthiest households in the city and for awhile was quite unaware that there were poor people in the city, having only been in the town center a couple of times. Scout was brought up with a family that was materialistic and very wealthy, and at a young age she was thrown into cocktail parties and the high life, which she never really enjoyed, but she grinned and bore it anyways.
Scout and her mother were complete opposites. From early on, her mother pointed out Scout's flaws and how ugly she was, how flat her chest was, how boring her eyes were. She claimed that Scout was a defect in the gene pool. Since her father was never around, she was always subjected to this treatment and as a result her self esteem has never been high at all. Her mom of course encouraged her to go to parties and act skankily, and that guys were the greatest thing to happen to women. Some older friends of her mother's, men, often touched Scout in bad places and because of this doesn't like older men, or guys in general, with the exception of her brother who she could always confide in.
When she got her letter to Hogwarts, she was excited. She never really had done anything special except have an amazing way with animals, and her parents were very concerned that she would become a Squib. With a lot of hard work, she does fairly well at magic and of course is the top of her class in Care of Magical Creatures. However, when she was sorted into Hufflepuff, her mother sent her a howler that praised her brother Shane for being her true child and that Hufflepuff was full of dumb people, and that Scout did belong there. Which in itself was contradicting.
Nowadays, people see Scout as a dreamer and a very quiet person who rarely speaks up. Even in Hufflepuff, where people are amazingly kind, she shies away from any attention. When she dreams, she sees herself with a guy who would show her that all men aren't like her mother's friends, and that she can be who she wants to be. Hogwarts is her home away from home, and she treasures the time she has very greatly. In her spare time people can see her with her owl or sometimes playing the Muggle game of lacrosse. Scout, surprisingly, is very athletic and without even trying can excel at most sports besides Quidditch. Her ambition is to become an auror, or perhaps a teacher. But for now, all she really wants is friends.
