Welcome to the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures. I am Carter Rage, and I will be the sole decider of whether or not you can possess a magical creature and/or possess a magical ability. Remember, if you are seen on site possessing this magical ability/creature before your application has been accepted, your application will receive an automatic denial as well as be reported to the administrators. Not even an administrator can accept your application, only I can, so don't go complaining when you don't get your way. I am an administration appointed Ministry Department Head, and my way is always top over yours.
Now, in order to possess a magical ability or creature, you will need to fill out one of the two forms below. YOU MUST POST YOUR APPLICATION IN A NEW THREAD It is a very accurate way for us to keep records of who is on site that possesses abilities and creatures.
A MAGICAL CREATURE is not an owl, cat, or toad. Those are creatures that are automatically accepted at Hogwarts. You will also be allowed to have a dog, rabbit, and many other small creatures without needing to fill out an application. A MAGICAL CREATURE, besides an owl, cat, or toad, are the only things that you will need to fill out this application for. PLEASE, use one of the two codes below and post your application!
