Samuel wanted a custom wand so he went to 'Olivander's' where he knew there was a new owner of the store. His daughter Jessica had told him the new owner was a girl named Aubrey Nicole Starr a seventh year Ravenclaw student. He entered the store and walked up to the front desk and waited for Aubrey to help him out.

Upon hearing a customer enter the shop, Aubrey walked to the front desk to see what she could get for them. Since it was so close to the beginning of the school year, many first years had been in here trying out new wands. She was reorganizing the larges stock of wands to be prepared for the off-season in which most just came in for cleaning kits and engravings. Aubrey saw that the man had a certain wand he wanted and went to find a nine inch willow wand with dragon heartstring core. "Do you want to try the wand, sir, or is this one suitable?" Usually a person wanted to try a wand, because the 'wand chooses the wizard'.
Wand is 9 inches in length

Samuel saw the nice girl who owned the store walk up to him to help him out with his purchase.
"Hi I believe your name is Aubrey is that correct and your a seventh year Ravenclaw student here at Hogwarts?"
"I'm Samuel Zashterly I"m the new Head Minster at 'The Ministry of Magic' its very nice to meet you."
He said in a very proper voice and tone giving her a nice gentlemanly smile.
"Well sure let me try this wand out you know, its not my first wand, that one I lost recently."
"I was having my office stuff transferred for me to my new office at 'The Ministry of Magic and the wand never showed up."
He explained in a nice quite toned voice then he started to chuckle when he said.
"Maybe I should turn those movers that moved my office stuff and lost my wand into a pack of mice, what do you think?"
He asked her as he chuckled then he removed from his pocket a box of his favorite candy 'Bertie Botts Every Flavour Beans' and ate one in front of her.
"mmmm tastes like moms Pumpkin Pie."
He said as he tasted the flavoured been then he reached out his hand that was holding the box and offered her one.
"Would you like one of my 'Bertie Botts Every Flavour Beans' they are my favorite candy you know I always keep a box on me at all times."
He said with a kind sincere look in his eyes. He then picked up the custom made wand inspecting it carefully. He looked at it thoroughly examining each end of it and checking to see the engraving was on it just as he had asked for.
"Now this is with a Dragon core as I asked , correct?"
He asked her looking into her eyes giving her a sort of this better be correct kind of look. It was kind of a chilling look but then he was a Pure Blood and of House Slytherin to top it off. He then preceded to try out his new wand. He felt a sudden warmth in his fingers. He raised the wand above his head, brought it swishing down through the dusty air and a stream of red and gold sparks shot from the end like a firework, throwing dancing spots of light on to the wall.
"Yes ... yes I would say this wand has chosen me wouldn't you?"
He said in a matter of fact manner as he placed the wand in his new deluxe leather case. He then preceded to count out the coins as he paid the girl 9 galleons and 3 sickels. He then picked up the cleaning kit and placed it in his leather briefcase.
"You have a great day now Aubrey, I love what you done with the store much nicer then the previous owner."
He said with a nod of his head as he gave her a smile and walked out the door carrying his wand in its leather case in one hand and his leather briefcase in the other.

Aubrey smiled at the older man, nodding when he asked her a couple of questions and she was just confirming that all of his answers were correct. "It's nice to meet you, Minister. And it's terribly unfortunate that your wand was misplaced. I don't know what I'd do for a day without mind." Aubrey had recently turned seventeen, and seventeen is the age at which you can do magic outside of Hogwarts.
"Yes, it is dragon heartstring. That's the only dragon core there is, sir." Aubrey wasn't sure if he'd meant something like scales or otherwise. If he had meant that, she'd have to look it up and get information on it before she could even produce the wand, let alone hand it to him. As he offered her a Bertie Bott's Bean, she shook her head, "No, thank you, sir. I'm allergic." She admitted, a small smile on her face as she watched him try the wand out.
"Good, I'm glad it suits you. You have a wonderful day, sir."
